Prices are subject to change without notification. Please confirm all prices before ordering. All prices are quoted in US Dollars.
  • Personal Check (USA Only), Cashiers Check, International Cashiers Check or Bank Wire Transfer.
  • Shipping and insurance costs will be added to your invoice.
  • Full payment including return shipping costs and shipping insurance must accompany mirrors for coating & testing services.
  • All overseas orders require a $60.00 handling fee.
  • Personal checks are subject to a 10 day clearing period.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

USA
Please inquire for a specific delivery date. Regular shipping is with UPS Ground. We ship with no signature required. If you wish to have us ship signature required, please ask at time of placing the order. All losses need to be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Tracking numbers will be emailed to you. Rush orders and special deliveries can be quoted on request.

INTERNATIONAL
International orders are shipped via UPS International "Expedited" Service. Delivery is to your doorstep. You will be required to pay the VAT and Customs Duty Fees.

RETURN SHIPPING FOR COATING
Please follow our packaging and shipping instructions. We have shipped several thousand mirrors using these methods and never had an optic damaged during shipping. No additional packaging or protection is required beyond our guidelines. Your mirror will be safe during transit and insurable by UPS.

SHIPPING DAMAGE

Our orders are carefully packed and in 30+ years of business we have never had a customer receive a damaged product.

In the event that your package appears to be damaged on the outside, please contact the carrier and let them know that the package is or appears to be damaged. If you accept a damaged shipment, please inform us immediately.

Please open all boxes immediately and check contents. We must be notified of any damage or other problems within 48 hours of you receiving your products.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

Optical coatings are guaranteed for one year. Galaxy Optics does not warranty against coating damage caused by moisture, acid dew, acid rain, chemical exposure, neglect, insect and spider excrement, improper cleaning methods, or improper storage.
